Daily Programmes Update

Please be advised that the daily programmes at the IDA will, inshā’allāh, continue as usual. However in view of the current guidelines, everyone is kindly requested to listen to the programmes from home. The programmes will be relayed in the following ways:

The Fasts of Ayyām-ul-Bīdh

Sayyidunā Milhān Al-Qaysī radhiyallahu 'anhu says, “Rasūlullāh sallallāhu 'alayhi wasallam would encourage us to keep the fasts of Bīdh i.e. the 13th, 14th and 15th.” He further says that Rasūlullāh sallallāhu 'alayhi wasallam mentioned, “It is equivalent to fasting every day.” (Abū Dāwūd)

The Ayyām-ul-Bīdh will fall on Monday 28th, Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th December.

All are advised to make the most of these opportunities and practice upon the sunnah of Rasūlullāh sallāhu 'alayhi wasallam.
